The number of the issues is actually "first", "second", etc., making the header for individual issues "The First Page of the Book of Mazarbul" and so on.

The title of the fanzine is actually "The Book of Mazarbul," not "Page of the Book of Mazarbul," as a glance at the print size and format of the header of the issues should make clear. "Page" was intended to be the equivalent of "issue." If you had a fanzine whose header read "The First Issue of THE TOLKIENIST" or something, you wouldn't alphabetize it under "I", would you? - David Bratman, editor of "The Book of Mazarbul"
